From the reusable bag to a squared stack on your table
Your laundry arrives in a reusable laundry bag, either dropped at the counter at 5500 S Dixie Hwy or collected at your door. It is tagged to your order, sorted, and washed in hypoallergenic detergents, which matters for babies, for sensitive skin, and for anyone who has ever sneezed through a freshly washed towel.
After the dry it is folded square and stacked by type: shirts with shirts, towels with towels, sheets with sheets. Collared shirts can be pressed on request, so the ones you need for the week come back ready to hang rather than ready to iron. Most orders are delivered the next day, and anything that needs longer is told to you up front rather than discovered at the door.
It handles the casual everyday load: casual clothing, towels, everyday sheets, pajamas and kids' clothing. If a suit, a gown or a good comforter turns up in the bag, we pull it out and treat it the proper way instead of tossing it in with the towels.
Setting up a pickup day that sticks
Pickup and delivery is free. We run pickups in your area once or twice a week, call to confirm which day is yours, and deliver back on the scheduled date. Call (561) 588-8645 from anywhere in the West Palm Beach area and we will tell you which route you fall on.
Most households settle into a rhythm: a bag out on Monday, the folded stack back on Tuesday, and no thought spared in between. Keep a spare reusable bag so one is always filling while the other is out, and put dry-clean-only items in a separate bag so they go to the right counter.
If anything comes back wrong, bring it in. Satisfaction is guaranteed, and a garment that is not right gets re-cleaned free.
