Nothing goes into a machine before someone has looked at it. Stains are treated first, with eco-friendly, non-toxic solvents, and every collar, cuff and lapel is finished by hand before it is packed in tissue on a proper hanger.

    Drop off at the counter, or book a free pickup. We collect in your area once or twice a week and confirm the day with you.

  2. Tag.

    Every piece is tagged and checked over before it goes near a machine.

  3. Spot.

    Stains are treated by hand first, so the clean finishes the job instead of setting it.

  4. Press.

    Hand-finished on the press: collars, cuffs, pleats and lapels, one at a time.

  5. Ready

    Out in as little as 24 hours.

    Tissue, a custom hanger, then bagged or boxed. Not 100% happy? Bring it back and we re-clean it free.

    Every bead, seam and mark documented under specialised lighting before work starts.

    Sugar, protein and champagne stains treated by hand, the ones that turn brown if left.

    Eco dry clean or a gentle wet clean, chosen from the care label and the fabric.

  5. Press

    Steamed and pressed by hand, train and all.

  6. Box

    Folded in pH-neutral tissue into an acid-free archival box, with an optional viewing window.
