Dry cleaning, inspected and finished by hand
Every garment gets its own look under the light, its own spot treatment and its own pass on the press. Back in as little as 24 hours.
The shiny seat, the ring on the lapel, the stain that came back
Most dry cleaning disappointments are not mysteries. A coffee spot gets cleaned as if it were water, so the stain lets go on the surface and returns two weeks later as a tan shadow. A wool jacket is pressed too hard on the wrong surface and the lapel takes on a shine that no amount of brushing will lift. A silk blouse goes through the same load as a work shirt and comes back flat and tired.
None of that is the garment's fault. It happens when clothes are treated as a batch instead of as individual pieces, when nobody looks at the cuff or the underarm before the machine starts, and when finishing is something a conveyor does by itself. If you have ever picked up an order in West Palm Beach and thought it looked cleaner but not right, this is usually the reason.
The answer is not a trick or a secret chemical. It is the unglamorous habit of looking at every piece before anything touches it, and of finishing every piece with a person holding it.

From the claim ticket to the tissue paper, one garment at a time
At the counter at 5500 S Dixie Hwy, each item is tagged to your order and then inspected on its own. We look for the spots you pointed out and the ones you did not know about: perspiration at the collar, oil on a cuff, a drink splash low on a skirt. Each mark is spot-treated by hand with the method that suits that fabric and that kind of stain, before the garment goes anywhere near a machine.
The cleaning itself uses eco-friendly, non-toxic solvents, which is gentler on fine fabrics and leaves no sharp chemical smell in the closet. After the cycle the garment is checked again. If a mark survived, it goes back to the spotting bench instead of out the door.
Then comes the part that cannot be rushed: finishing by hand. Seams are set, collars shaped, pleats pressed in the direction they were cut to fall. Your order comes back wrapped in tissue, on a proper custom hanger, and either bagged or boxed depending on what it is. Most orders are ready in as little as 24 hours, and the counter will tell you the date when you drop off.
The same care extends past everyday suits and shirts. We also take antique and custom rugs, vintage curtains and couture pieces, each one inspected before we decide how it should be cleaned.
How to tell it is time, and what to carry in with you
Do not wait for a visible stain. Perspiration and food residue that you cannot see yet are the marks that yellow and set over a season in Florida humidity. A suit worn a handful of times, a jacket that has been through a long event, or anything that has spent time in a closed car is ready to come in. Take garments out of the plastic at home and let them hang loose so the fabric can breathe between wearings.
When you come in, point out any stain you know about and tell us what caused it if you remember. It changes how the spot is treated. Check the pockets, and bring the odd pieces too: a set of drapes, a runner rug, a gown from a relative's closet. Questions about a care label are welcome at the counter or on the phone at (561) 588-8645.
If you would rather not make the trip, pickup and delivery are free. We run each area once or twice a week, confirm the day with you by phone, and bring your order back on the scheduled date. And if anything comes home and you are not 100% happy with it, bring it back and we re-clean it free.
